the indicators of anti-corrosion coatings used in pipelines for drinking water should meet the various testing requirements of the ministry of health for drinking water hygiene and safety.
(1) plastic-coated steel pipes and pipe fittings exposed indoors and outdoors shall adopt common-grade anticorrosion. after the surface of the pipeline is de-rusted and cleaned, apply two coats of h53-22 epoxy iron red anti-rust primer and two coats of ipn8710-2c anti-corrosion top coat.
(2) indoor concealed steel pipes and pipe fittings shall adopt ordinary-grade anti-corrosion. after the surface of the pipeline is de-rusted and cleaned, apply two coats of h53-22 epoxy iron red anti-rust primer and two coats of ipn8710-2c anti-corrosion top coat.
(3) the plastic-coated steel pipes and fittings buried in the ground and submerged in water (non-pipe jacking construction) adopt specially enhanced anti-corrosion. three layers of type anti-corrosion finish paint, with two layers of glass fiber cloth in the middle.
(4) external anti-corrosion of steel pipes for pipe jacking: after de-rusting and cleaning the surface of the pipes, apply two coats of h53-22 epoxy iron red anti-rust primer and two coats of h52-19 epoxy glass flake anti-corrosion top coat.
